It is possible that you have changed your mind since you purchased your product(s), or that the size or color isn't what you expected it to be. That is why you have the possibility to return your purchased product(s).
There are some exceptions of products that can not be returned:
- Personalized / Customized products
Products with your logo or name embroidered, Customized helmets, Measured Boots & Chaps,...
If you want to return a purchased product it must be unused, preferably with the original labels attached.
How to return products?
If you want to return a product, it is important to inform us of the product you will be returning. Also state what you prefer, a refund, a credit or an exchange with another size or product.
The product(s) you return must be unused and returned within 14 days after purchase. The shipment costs of the return are on the buyer's account.
You can also return the product(s) in our Shop Lille (Achterstenhoek 9, BE-2275 Lille) or in our Shop Azelhof (Aarschotsesteenweg 201, BE-2500 Lier).

How do I get my refund?
If you have chosen to send your product(s) back, you can choose to be refunded for the products by bankdraft or as a credit for your next purchase. Please inform us of your choice (refund or credit) when you contact us to state you will be returning the product(s).
If you have chosen to be refunded, you will receive the amount of the product within 10 days after we received your returned product(s).
